  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective product, we'll gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us at aliveandwell.ellen@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

In-Store Pickup:

If you prefer a more hands-on experience, you can choose our in-store pickup option:

  • Select In-Store Pickup: During checkout, choose the "In-Store Pickup" option. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Visit Our Store: Come visit us at Workshop 26, High Street, Kimba, Eyre Peninsula, to pick up your order. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
